Article R2122-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Publication of the mayor’s decrees may be established by a certified statement from the mayor.

Notification is established by the interested party’s receipt or, failing this, by the original of the notification kept in the town hall’s archives.

The registration in date order of the decrees, acts of publication and notification takes place in the register mentioned in article R. 2121-9 or in a register specific to the mayor’s acts, kept under the conditions provided for in that same article.

The sheets on which the mayor’s acts are transcribed bear the name of the municipality and the nature of each of these acts.

La publication des arrêtés du maire peut être constatée par une déclaration certifiée du maire.

La notification est établie par le récépissé de la partie intéressée ou, à son défaut, par l’original de la notification conservée dans les archives de la mairie.

L’inscription par ordre de date des arrêtés, actes de publication et de notification a lieu sur le registre mentionné à l’article R. 2121-9 ou sur un registre propre aux actes du maire, tenu dans les conditions prévues à ce même article.

Les feuillets sur lesquels sont transcrits les actes du maire portent les mentions du nom de la commune et de la nature de chacun de ces actes.
