Publication of the mayor’s decrees may be established by a certified statement from the mayor.
Notification is established by the interested party’s receipt or, failing this, by the original of the notification kept in the town hall’s archives.
The registration in date order of the decrees, acts of publication and notification takes place in the register mentioned in article R. 2121-9 or in a register specific to the mayor’s acts, kept under the conditions provided for in that same article.
The sheets on which the mayor’s acts are transcribed bear the name of the municipality and the nature of each of these acts.
