Article R2212-9 of the French Public Health Code

The agreement provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 2212-2 shall comply with the standard agreement constituting one of the following annexes:

1° Annex 22-1 for the practice of voluntary interruption of pregnancy carried out by medication;

2° Annex 22-2 for the practice of voluntary interruption of pregnancy by instrumental method in a health centre.

Article R2212-9

La convention prévue au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2212-2 est conforme à la convention type constituant l’une des annexes suivantes :

1° L’annexe 22-1 pour la pratique de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse réalisée par voie médicamenteuse ;

2° L’annexe 22-2 pour la pratique de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse réalisée par méthode instrumentale en centre de santé.
