The régie may receive accepted bills of exchange in settlement of its receivables, endorse them or remit them for collection. Bills received in settlement may be discounted in accordance with commercial practice.

Certain expenses fixed by the Articles of Association may be settled by means of bills.

La régie peut recevoir en règlement de ses créances des effets de commerce acceptés, les endosser ou les remettre à l’encaissement. Les effets de commerce reçus en règlement peuvent être escomptés conformément aux usages du commerce.
