Article R2223-16 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Within the same eight-day period, extracts from the minutes are brought to the attention of the public by means of posters affixed for one month to the door of the town hall, as well as to the door of the cemetery.

These posters are renewed twice at fortnightly intervals.

A certificate signed by the mayor records the completion of these postings. It is appended to the original minutes.

Dans le même délai de huit jours, des extraits de procès-verbal sont portés à la connaissance du public par voie d’affiches apposées durant un mois à la porte de la mairie, ainsi qu’à la porte du cimetière.

Ces affiches sont renouvelées deux fois à quinze jours d’intervalle.

Un certificat signé par le maire constate l’accomplissement de ces affichages. Il est annexé à l’original du procès-verbal.
