Article R2223-32-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Authorised agencies, companies or associations, in accordance with article L. 2223-23, who organise the funeral of a person whose body is to be cremated, under the conditions set out in article R. 2213-34, are required to inform the families of the provisions of articles L. 2223-18-1 and L. 2223-18-2.

Article R2223-32-1

Les régies, entreprises ou associations habilitées, conformément à l’article L. 2223-23, qui organisent les funérailles d’une personne dont le corps doit faire l’objet d’une crémation, dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 2213-34, sont tenues d’informer les familles des dispositions des articles L. 2223-18-1 et L. 2223-18-2.
