Agents who welcome and provide information to families must provide proof of forty hours’ professional training.

This training covers funeral legislation and regulations as well as health and safety (sixteen hours); the psychology and sociology of bereavement (eight hours); funeral protocol, the practices and symbolism of the various funeral rites including cremation (sixteen hours).

Les agents qui accueillent et renseignent les familles doivent justifier d’une formation professionnelle d’une durée de quarante heures.

Cette formation porte sur la législation et la réglementation funéraires ainsi que sur l’hygiène et la sécurité (seize heures) ; la psychologie et la sociologie du deuil (huit heures) ; le protocole des obsèques, les pratiques et la symbolique des différents rites funéraires dont la crémation (seize heures).
