The managers of a funeral home, mortuary or crematorium are required to adopt internal regulations that comply with the provisions set out in this paragraph. These rules must be displayed in full view of the public in the public reception areas.
These rules shall mention in particular:
-the date on which the funeral home or crematorium was set up and the dates and procedures for inspection;
-the conditions of access and intervention of the staff mentioned in article R. 2223-69;
-the conditions for admitting deceased persons to the funeral or mortuary chamber or crematorium;
-technical facilities and safety and emergency arrangements;
