Interested owners must enclose the following documents and information with their claim for compensation:
1. A certified copy of the deed of transfer by which they acquired the damaged property, accompanied by the reply given by the land registry to a request for information or an extract from the land register issued by the judicial court in whose jurisdiction the property is located, making it possible to establish the origin of ownership;
2. A detailed description of the property prior to the damage and of the damage suffered as a result of the mining activity;
3. Any documentary evidence of the use made of the property at the time the damage occurred;
4. A declaration on their honour stating whether they have received or are likely to receive one or more contributions for the same purpose as the compensation claimed, as well as the names of the persons who granted them these contributions. In the same document, they indicate whether other proceedings relating to compensation for the same damage are underway and they undertake on their honour to repay, up to the limit of the compensation received, any compensation they may receive at the end of any current or future proceedings for compensation for this damage.
