Article R431-36 of the French Insurance Code

The costs incurred by the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance in managing the Fonds National de Garantie des Calamités Agricoles (National Guarantee Fund for Agricultural Disasters) are reimbursed to the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance after the end of each financial year.

Advances on these reimbursements may be granted.
