The file referred to in II of article L. 451-1-1 is compiled by the information body referred to in article L. 451-1, based on the daily cross-referencing of information from the file provided for in I of the same article L. 451-1-1 and the information referred to inarticle L. 330-1 of the Highway Code.

Le fichier mentionné au II de l’article L. 451-1-1 est constitué par l’organisme d’information mentionné à l’article L. 451-1, à partir du croisement, effectué chaque jour, des informations provenant du fichier prévu au I du même article L. 451-1-1 et des informations mentionnées à l’article L. 330-1 du code de la route.
