The association shall ensure that the relevant staff of its members comply with the conditions of professional competence set out in I of article L. 511-2 and in article L. 512-5, depending on the nature of the activity carried out and the products distributed, in accordance with the conditions set out in articles R. 512-8 to R. 512-13 and R. 514-3 to R. 514-5.
To this end, each member shall provide the association with a list of the names of its staff when it joins or renews its membership. This list shall specify the position held and the qualifications required for that position, and shall attest to the conditions under which these qualifications were obtained.
It must keep this updated list of names available for the association, together with the job descriptions, copies of diplomas, qualifications or certificates, attestations or training booklets and certificates of employment.
