Article R612-5 of the French Consumer Code

The outcome of the mediation shall take place, at the latest, within ninety days of the date of the notification referred to in Article R. 612-2. The mediator may extend this period at any time in the event of a complex dispute. He will notify the parties immediately.

Article R612-5

L’issue de la médiation intervient, au plus tard, dans un délai de quatre-vingt-dix jours à compter de la date de la notification mentionnée à l’article R. 612-2. Le médiateur peut prolonger ce délai, à tout moment, en cas de litige complexe. Il en avise immédiatement les parties.
