Insurance policies covering civil liability risks must provide that, with regard to this cover, no forfeiture on the grounds of a breach by the insured of its obligations committed subsequent to the loss shall be enforceable against injured parties or their beneficiaries.
Insurance contracts to cover civil liability relating to a space operation are governed by the provisions of articles R. 175-1 to R. 175-5.
