Chapter VIII: Accelerated safeguard

The closing judgement is notified to the debtor, communicated to the persons mentioned in article R. 621-7 and is the subject of the publicity provided for in article R. 621-8. The administrator and the mandataire judiciaire file an end-of-assignment report without delay in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles R. 626-39 and R. 626-40. Article R. 626-41 is applicable.

In the case provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 628-1, the notice of the opening judgment sent for insertion in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales and in a legal notices medium contains, in addition to the information provided for in the fifth and sixth paragraphs of Article R. 621-8, a reproduction of the provisions of the third paragraph of Article L. 628-1.
