Title I: Private copying levies

An order of the Minister responsible for culture specifies the content of the notice provided for in article L. 311-4-1 as well as the URL address of the online public communication site from which it may be consulted or downloaded.

The authority competent to impose administrative fines for breaches of Article L. 311-4-1 is the administrative authority designated by article R. 141-4 of the Consumer Code.
