Article L1424-77 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The territorial fire and rescue services in Corsica are the Corse-du-Sud fire and rescue service and the Haute-Corse fire and rescue service. They carry out their missions within their respective geographical jurisdictions corresponding to the administrative districts of the State of Corse-du-Sud and Haute-Corse. This chapter applies to the fire and rescue service of Corse-du-Sud and the fire and rescue service of Haute-Corse, subject to the provisions of this section.
