Subsection 2: Support for young people's initiative projects.

The terms and conditions of management by the managing bodies mentioned in articles R. 5522-75 and R. 5522-76 are specified in an agreement that they conclude with the Minister for Overseas France.

Mobility training is provided in the form of: 1° An apprenticeship contract; 2° One of the training courses listed in article L. 6313-1; 3° A sandwich course contract; 4° A work placement in a company in France or abroad.

Mobility training aid may not be combined with: 1° an employment support contract; 2° a youth employment contract; 3° (Repealed) 4° (Repealed) 5° the return to work allowance provided for in article L. 5524-1.

A public or private organisation may be approved under 2° of article L. 5522-23 if it has the capacity to offer or provide access to vocational training, in France or abroad, and to provide support for the trainee.

Approval is granted by the Prefect for a renewable period of between one and three years.

An order by the ministers responsible for employment and overseas departments and territories specifies the composition of the application, the submission procedures and the conditions for approval.
