Article D120-1 of the French Consumer Code
Everyday consumer products, within the meaning of article L. 120-1, are mass-market products as mentioned in article D. 441-1 of the French Commercial Code.

Everyday consumer products, within the meaning of article L. 120-1, are mass-market products as mentioned in article D. 441-1 of the French Commercial Code.
Assisted service, within the meaning of Article L. 120-1, is a sales method during which the product is packaged and immediately handed over to the consumer by a trader at the point of sale. In cases where the product is likely to present a risk to the consumer, the assisted service must guarantee sufficient consumer protection against the risks specific to the product.
A suitable dispensing device is a device which, having regard to the characteristics of the product, makes it possible to preserve its integrity, ensure its conservation, meet the specific requirements relating to its safety and comply with the hygiene and safety requirements of the sales area.
