Subsection 1: Organisation

The opinions issued by the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council or its sections are published officially. They are sent to the President of the Executive Council and the President of the Assembly of Corsica. .

Each year, as part of the preparation of the budget of the Corsican regional authority, the president of the economic, social, environmental and cultural council draws up a project relating to the appropriations necessary for its operation and for carrying out studies, which he submits to the president of the executive council.
