Section 4: Fines for transport companies that fail to comply with entry regulations

Where the foreign national disembarking in France is a minor without legal representation, the sum of 10,000 euros must be immediately deposited with the official, mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 821-12, who drew up the official report recording the transport company’s failure to comply with its obligations.
