Article 411-86 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Unless an exemption is granted by the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée in view of the production conditions, the production company must submit to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée an accounting document showing the final cost of the work and the means of financing it, as well as a video copy of the work, within two years of the decision to grant the aid.

Sauf dérogation accordée par le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée compte tenu des conditions de production, l’entreprise de production dispose d’un délai de deux ans à compter de la décision d’attribution de l’aide pour remettre au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée un document comptable indiquant le coût définitif de l’œuvre et les moyens de son financement, ainsi qu’une copie vidéo de l’œuvre.
