The Chairman of the Board of Directors is appointed by order of the Minister for Sport from among the members of the Board mentioned in b of 2° of article D. 211-39.
If the Chairman is unable to attend, the Board of Directors meets under the chairmanship of one of the Board members mentioned in b of 2° of article D. 211-39 and appointed by the Minister for Sport.
Le président du conseil d’administration est nommé par arrêté du ministre chargé des sports parmi les membres du conseil mentionnés au b du 2° de l’article D. 211-39.
En cas d’empêchement du président, le conseil d’administration se réunit sous la présidence d’un des membres du conseil mentionnés au b du 2° de l’article D. 211-39 et désigné par le ministre chargé des sports.
