Article D215-3 of the French Consumer Code

After filling in or confirming the headings provided for in article D. 215-2, the consumer accesses, before notifying the trader of his termination, a page which provides a summary of his termination enabling him to check and, if necessary, amend the information provided.

The consumer notifies the trader of the termination of the contract by activating a function which is directly accessible from the page provided for in the first paragraph on which it is displayed with the words: “notification of termination” or “notification of termination”.

Après avoir renseigné ou confirmé les rubriques prévues à l’article D. 215-2, le consommateur accède, avant de procéder à la notification de sa résiliation, à une page qui présente un récapitulatif de sa résiliation lui permettant de vérifier et, le cas échéant, de modifier les informations fournies.

Le consommateur notifie au professionnel la résiliation du contrat par l’activation d’une fonction, qui est directement accessible à partir de la page prévue au premier alinéa sur laquelle elle est présentée avec la mention : “ notification de la résiliation ” ou une formule analogue dénuée d’ambiguïté, affichée en caractères lisibles.
