Article D224-13 of the French Sports Code

Approval is withdrawn when the supporters’ association ceases to meet the conditions required to obtain it.

It is also withdrawn for any serious reason, in particular for any act contrary to public order or public morality.

The withdrawal decision is taken by the Prefect or, where applicable, the Police Prefect, after the supporters’ association has been informed of the reasons for the proposed withdrawal and given the opportunity to present its observations within a period of eight days.

The decision is published in the prefecture’s administrative records.

Article D224-13

L’agrément est retiré lorsque l’association de supporters cesse de satisfaire aux conditions requises pour l’obtenir.

Il est également retiré pour tout motif grave, notamment pour tout fait contraire à l’ordre public et à la moralité publique.

La décision de retrait est prise par le préfet ou, le cas échéant, le préfet de police, après que l’association de supporters a été préalablement informée des motifs pour lesquels le retrait est envisagé et mise à même de présenter des observations dans un délai de huit jours.

La décision est publiée au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture.
