Article L224-32 of the French Consumer Code

An order of the Minister responsible for consumer affairs, issued after consulting the National Consumer Affairs Council, sets out the list of additional information relating to the level of consumption that suppliers may be required to provide. This order also specifies the procedures for implementing provisions aimed at temporarily preventing the continued use of a service beyond a financial ceiling or volume limit.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la consommation, pris après avis du Conseil national de la consommation, fixe la liste des informations supplémentaires relatives au niveau de consommation dont la communication peut être exigée des fournisseurs. Cet arrêté précise également les modalités de mise en œuvre des dispositions visant à empêcher temporairement la poursuite de l’utilisation d’un service au-delà d’un plafond financier ou d’une limite de volume.
