Article L224-75 of the French Consumer Code

The trader shall provide the consumer free of charge with the information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74, using forms specific to each of the contracts cited in articles L. 224-69 and L. 224-70, the models for which are determined by joint order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs and the Minister for Justice.
The information mentioned in articles L. 224-73, L. 224-74 and in this article is drafted, at the consumer’s choice, in the language or in one of the languages of the Member State in which he resides or of which he is a national, provided that it is an official language of the European Union.

Le professionnel fournit gratuitement au consommateur les informations mentionnées aux articles L. 224-73 et L. 224-74, au moyen de formulaires propres à chacun des contrats cités aux articles L. 224-69 et L. 224-70, et dont les modèles sont déterminés par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de la consommation et du ministre de la justice.
Les informations mentionnées aux articles L. 224-73, L. 224-74 et au présent article sont rédigées au choix du consommateur dans la langue ou dans l’une des langues de l’Etat membre dans lequel il réside ou dont il a la nationalité, à la condition qu’il s’agisse d’une langue officielle de l’Union européenne.
