Article L224-80 of the French Consumer Code

In the event that the trader has not completed and supplied to the consumer on paper or on any other durable medium the withdrawal form provided for in 5° of Article L. 224-78, consumers have a withdrawal period of one year and fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which they receive it.
If the withdrawal form is given to the consumer on paper or on any other durable medium within one year of the day on which the contract is concluded or received, the fourteen-day withdrawal period shall begin from the day on which the form is received or given.
In the event that the trader has not provided the consumer, in writing, on paper or on any other durable medium, with the information set out in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74 and the corresponding information form, the consumer has a withdrawal period of three months and fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which he receives it.
If this information is given to the consumer within three months of the day on which the contract is concluded or received, the fourteen-day period begins to run from the day on which the information and the standard information form are received or given.

Dans le cas où le professionnel n’a pas rempli et fourni au consommateur sur support papier ou sur tout autre support durable le formulaire de rétractation prévu au 5° de l’article L. 224-78, le consommateur dispose d’un délai de rétractation d’un an et quatorze jours à compter du jour de la conclusion du contrat ou du jour de sa réception.
Si le formulaire de rétractation est remis au consommateur sur support papier ou sur tout autre support durable dans l’année suivant le jour de la conclusion du contrat ou de sa réception, le délai de rétractation de quatorze jours commence à courir à compter du jour de la réception ou de la remise dudit formulaire.
Dans le cas où le professionnel n’a pas fourni au consommateur, par écrit, sur support papier ou sur tout autre support durable, les informations figurant aux articles L. 224-73 et L. 224-74 ainsi que le formulaire d’information correspondant, le consommateur dispose d’un délai de rétractation de trois mois et quatorze jours à compter du jour de la conclusion du contrat ou du jour de sa réception.
Si ces informations sont remises au consommateur dans les trois mois suivant le jour de la conclusion du contrat ou de sa réception, le délai de quatorze jours commence à courir à compter du jour de la réception ou de la remise des informations et du formulaire standard d’information.
