In the event that the trader has not completed and supplied to the consumer on paper or on any other durable medium the withdrawal form provided for in 5° of Article L. 224-78, consumers have a withdrawal period of one year and fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which they receive it.
If the withdrawal form is given to the consumer on paper or on any other durable medium within one year of the day on which the contract is concluded or received, the fourteen-day withdrawal period shall begin from the day on which the form is received or given.
In the event that the trader has not provided the consumer, in writing, on paper or on any other durable medium, with the information set out in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74 and the corresponding information form, the consumer has a withdrawal period of three months and fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded or the day on which he receives it.
If this information is given to the consumer within three months of the day on which the contract is concluded or received, the fourteen-day period begins to run from the day on which the information and the standard information form are received or given.
