Article L2241-13 of the French Labour Code

The organisations bound by a branch agreement or, failing that, by professional agreements meet to negotiate, every three years, on measures aimed at the professional integration and continued employment of disabled workers.

Negotiations shall focus in particular on conditions of access to employment, training and professional promotion, as well as working conditions, employment and job retention.

The information required for negotiation is determined by regulation.

Les organisations liées par une convention de branche ou, à défaut, par des accords professionnels se réunissent pour négocier, tous les trois ans, sur les mesures tendant à l’insertion professionnelle et au maintien dans l’emploi des travailleurs handicapés.

La négociation porte notamment sur les conditions d’accès à l’emploi, à la formation et à la promotion professionnelle ainsi que sur les conditions de travail, d’emploi et de maintien dans l’emploi.

Les informations nécessaires à la négociation sont déterminées par voie réglementaire.
