An agreement or an extended branch agreement may stipulate the rate of increase for each of the overtime hours worked within the limit set in article L. 3123-20. This rate may not be less than 10%.

Une convention ou un accord de branche étendu peut prévoir le taux de majoration de chacune des heures complémentaires accomplies dans la limite fixée à l’article L. 3123-20. Ce taux ne peut être inférieur à 10 %.
