Article L7123-18 of the French Labour Code

For the duration of the service, the user is responsible for the conditions under which the work is performed in accordance with the legal provisions and collective bargaining stipulations applicable at the place of work.

For the application of these provisions, the conditions under which work is carried out include, exhaustively, the provisions relating to working hours, night work, weekly rest periods and public holidays, health and safety at work, work by pregnant women, women who have recently given birth or are breastfeeding, children and young workers.

Pendant la durée de la prestation, l’utilisateur est responsable des conditions d’exécution du travail conformément aux dispositions légales et stipulations conventionnelles applicables au lieu du travail.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions, les conditions d’exécution du travail comprennent limitativement les dispositions relatives à la durée du travail, au travail de nuit, au repos hebdomadaire et aux jours fériés, à la santé et à la sécurité au travail, au travail des femmes enceintes, venant d’accoucher ou allaitant, des enfants et des jeunes travailleurs.
