Article R114-65 of the French Sports Code

The provisions of decree no. 82-447 of 28 May 1982 relating to the exercise of trade union rights in the civil service are applicable to civil servants represented on the ministerial administrative social committee attached to the ministers responsible for youth and sport, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

The provisions of decree no. 85-397 of 3 April 1985 relating to the exercise of trade union rights in the local civil service are applicable to local civil service employees represented on the regional social committee, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

Article R114-65

Les dispositions du décret n° 82-447 du 28 mai 1982 relatif à l’exercice du droit syndical dans la fonction publique sont applicables aux agents relevant de la fonction publique de l’Etat représentés au comité social d’administration ministériel placé auprès des ministres chargés de la jeunesse et des sports, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente sous-section.

Les dispositions du décret n° 85-397 du 3 avril 1985 relatif à l’exercice du droit syndical dans la fonction publique territoriale sont applicables aux agents relevant de la fonction publique territoriale représentés au comité social territorial de la région, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente sous-section.
