Article R2122-15 of the French Labour Code

The right of access to and rectification of the data mentioned in Article R. 2122-12, provided for in Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, may be exercised with the departments of the Minister for Labour under the conditions provided for in Article 12 of the same Regulation.

The right to object mentioned in article 21 of the same regulation does not apply to the processing mentioned in article R. 2122-12.

Article R2122-15

Le droit d’accès et de rectification des données mentionnées à l’article R. 2122-12, prévu aux articles 15 et 16 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard des traitements des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, et abrogeant la directive 95/46/CE, s’exerce auprès des services du ministre chargé du travail dans les conditions prévues à l’article 12 du même règlement.

Le droit d’opposition mentionné à l’article 21 du même règlement ne s’applique pas aux traitements mentionnés à l’article R. 2122-12.
