Article R2122-7-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Decisions taken by the mayor by delegation from the town council or by a deputy or town councillor by sub-delegation are recorded in the register of deliberations in date order, under the conditions provided for in article R. 2121-9.

The sheets of paper on which these decisions are transcribed bear the name of the commune and the nature of these acts.

Les décisions prises par le maire par délégation du conseil municipal ou par un adjoint ou un conseiller municipal par subdélégation sont inscrites dans le registre des délibérations par ordre de date, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 2121-9.

Les feuillets sur lesquels sont transcrites ces décisions portent les mentions du nom de la commune et de la nature de ces actes.
