Article R2223-60 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The agency, company, association or establishment applying for authorisation to provide the conservation care referred to in article L. 2223-19, must produce proof that the staff carrying out this care hold the national thanatopractor’s diploma provided for in Article L. 2223-45 or meets the conditions set out in the articles L. 2223-47 à L. 2223-51.

La régie, l’entreprise, l’association ou l’établissement qui sollicite l’habilitation pour assurer les soins de conservation, visés à l’article L. 2223-19, doit produire l’attestation que le personnel exécutant ces soins est titulaire du diplôme national de thanatopracteur prévu à l’article L. 2223-45 ou remplit les conditions fixées par les articles L. 2223-47 à L. 2223-51.
