Article R232-41-16 of the French Sports Code

Federations shall inform the French Anti-Doping Agency, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any means that guarantees the origin and receipt of this transmission of information, of the identity of their licensed athletes or members of the support staff of licensed athletes who use, directly or indirectly, in the context of their sporting or professional activity, the services of the persons mentioned in I of article L. 232-9-1.

Les fédérations informent l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par tout moyen permettant de garantir l’origine et la réception de cette transmission d’information, de l’identité de leurs sportifs licenciés ou membres du personnel d’encadrement des sportifs licenciés qui recourent, directement ou indirectement, dans le cadre de leur activité sportive ou professionnelle, aux services des personnes mentionnées au I de l’article L. 232-9-1.
