Article R2333-120-66 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Where a decision of the Commission is vitiated by a material error likely to have had an influence on the judgment of the case, the interested party may appeal to the Commission for rectification.

This appeal must be lodged within one month of the day of notification of the decision whose rectification is requested.

Lorsqu’une décision de la commission est entachée d’une erreur matérielle susceptible d’avoir exercé une influence sur le jugement de l’affaire, la partie intéressée peut saisir la commission d’un recours en rectification.

Ce recours doit être exercé dans un délai d’un mois à compter du jour de la notification de la décision dont la rectification est demandée.
