The failure to provide the consumer with an electricity or natural gas supply contract in writing or available on a durable medium under the conditions set out in article L. 224-4 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.
Le fait de ne pas fournir au consommateur un contrat de fourniture d’électricité ou de gaz naturel écrit ou disponible sur un support durable dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 224-4 est puni de la peine d’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 5e classe.
