Article R426-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of the third paragraph of article L. 426-22, standard models for the agreement and appendix are established by order of the minister responsible for immigration. The agreement sets out the weekly rest arrangements which guarantee at least one day of rest each week.
An order of the minister responsible for immigration also sets out the minimum amount paid each month to the young au pair as pocket money.

Pour l’application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 426-22, les modèles types de convention et d’annexe sont établis par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’immigration. La convention fixe les modalités de repos hebdomadaire qui garantissent au moins un jour de repos chaque semaine.
Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’immigration fixe également la somme minimale versée chaque mois au jeune au pair à titre d’argent de poche.
