Article R431-37 of the French Insurance Code

The operations of the national guarantee fund for agricultural disasters are recorded in terms of both income and expenditure in separate accounts kept by the central reinsurance fund.

An order of the Minister for the Economy and Finance determines the list and form of the accounts recording these operations, as well as the way in which their results are centralised.

Les opérations du fonds national de garantie des calamités agricoles sont retracées tant en recettes qu’en dépenses dans une comptabilité distincte tenue par la caisse centrale de réassurance.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie et des finances détermine la liste et la forme des comptes retraçant ces opérations, ainsi que la manière dont leurs résultats sont centralisés.
