Article R4625-13 of the French Labour Code

No new medical examination of fitness is carried out prior to the new assignment if the following conditions are met:

1° The occupational physician has been informed of a medical opinion of fitness for the same job in the two years prior to recruitment;

2° The worker is called upon to occupy an identical job presenting equivalent risks of exposure;

3° No medical opinion formulated under articles L. 4624-3 or opinion of unfitness issued in application of L. 4624-4 has been issued in the last two years.

Il n’est pas réalisé de nouvel examen médical d’aptitude avant la nouvelle mission si les conditions suivantes sont réunies :


1° Le médecin du travail a pris connaissance d’un avis d’aptitude pour un même emploi dans les deux années précédant l’embauche ;


2° Le travailleur est appelé à occuper un emploi identique présentant des risques d’exposition équivalents ;


3° Aucun avis médical formulé au titre des articles L. 4624-3 ou avis d’inaptitude rendu en application L. 4624-4 n’a été émis au cours des deux dernières années.
