Article R513-28 of the French Insurance Code

The association shall inform the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution without delay of any change in its governance, organisation, articles of association, operating rules or written procedures. It shall also inform the Authority of any change in the information concerning it and, in particular, of any fact likely to have an impact on the conditions to which this authorisation was subject.

The Authority will assess the possible effects of these changes on the authorisation and inform the association accordingly.

L’association informe sans délai l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution de toute modification de sa gouvernance, des modalités de son organisation, de ses statuts, de ses règles de fonctionnement et de ses procédures écrites. Elle l’informe également de toute modification des informations la concernant et notamment de tout fait susceptible d’avoir des conséquences sur les conditions auxquelles cet agrément était subordonné.

L’Autorité apprécie les effets éventuels de ces modifications sur l’agrément et en informe l’association.
