Article R614-2 of the French Consumer Code

The ombudsman shall also make available to the public on his website or communicate on request his annual activity report including the following information:
1° The number of disputes referred to him and their subject matter;
2° The issues most frequently encountered in the disputes referred to him and his recommendations for avoiding them;
3° The proportion of disputes that he has refused to deal with and the percentage assessment of the various reasons for refusal;
4° The percentage of mediations interrupted and the main causes of this interruption ;
5° The average time taken to resolve disputes;
6° If known, the percentage of mediations that are carried out;
7° The existence of cooperation within networks of mediators of cross-border disputes;
8° For mediators paid or employed exclusively by a professional, the percentage of solutions proposed in favour of the consumer or the professional as well as the percentage of disputes resolved amicably.

Le médiateur met également à la disposition du public sur son site internet ou communique sur demande son rapport annuel d’activité comprenant les informations suivantes :
1° Le nombre de litiges dont il a été saisi et leur objet ;
2° Les questions les plus fréquemment rencontrées dans les litiges qui lui sont soumis et ses recommandations afin de les éviter ;
3° La proportion de litiges qu’il a refusé de traiter et l’évaluation en pourcentage des différents motifs de refus ;
4° Le pourcentage des médiations interrompues et les causes principales de cette interruption ;
5° La durée moyenne nécessaire à la résolution des litiges ;
6° S’il est connu, le pourcentage des médiations qui sont exécutées ;
7° L’existence de la coopération au sein de réseaux de médiateurs de litiges transfrontaliers ;
8° Pour les médiateurs rémunérés ou employés exclusivement par un professionnel, le pourcentage des solutions proposées en faveur du consommateur ou du professionnel ainsi que le pourcentage des litiges résolus à l’amiable.
