Companies other than the joint ventures referred to in Chapter III enjoy legal personality from the time of their registration.

Until registration, the relationship between the members is governed by the partnership agreement and by the general principles of law applicable to contracts and obligations.

Les sociétés autres que les sociétés en participation visées au chapitre III jouissent de la personnalité morale à compter de leur immatriculation.

Jusqu’à l’immatriculation, les rapports entre les associés sont régis par le contrat de société et par les principes généraux du droit applicable aux contrats et obligations.
