The directors or managers of companies, régies or associations, and their establishments, offering one of the services provided for in article L. 2223-19 and authorised in accordance with article L. 2223-23, inform their employees or agents of the need to prove their professional suitability by means of posters and, where appropriate, through staff representatives or the works council.

Les dirigeants ou les gestionnaires des entreprises, régies ou associations, et de leurs établissements, proposant l’une des prestations prévues à l’article L. 2223-19 et habilités conformément à l’article L. 2223-23, informent leurs salariés ou leurs agents de la nécessité de justifier de leur aptitude professionnelle par voie d’affichage et, le cas échéant, par l’intermédiaire des représentants du personnel ou du comité d’entreprise.
