Article D2224-42 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The annual activity report sets out the legal, economic, technical or commercial developments affecting the concession activities and the ways in which they have been taken into account by each concession company with effects on the operation of the concession.

The report specifies in particular the changes in the organisation of the concessionaires, the services rendered to concession users and the organisation of these services for the concession territory.

Le compte rendu annuel d’activité présente les évolutions d’ordre juridique, économique, technique ou commercial intéressant les activités concédées et les modalités de leur prise en compte par chaque entreprise concessionnaire ayant des effets sur l’exploitation de la concession.

Le compte rendu précise notamment l’évolution de l’organisation des concessionnaires, des services rendus aux usagers de la concession et l’organisation de ces services pour le territoire de la concession.
