Article D2224-44 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The concessionaire shall make available to the conceding authority, under the conditions laid down in the concession contract, plans of the network works, drawn up on a medium scale, including in particular the layout of the works. This indicates the voltage level, nature, cross-section and technology of the conductors as well as the location, function and technical characteristics of the transformer substations and switching devices.

The information mentioned in the previous paragraph is made available in an electronic format compatible with the usual geographic information systems.

Le concessionnaire tient à la disposition de l’autorité concédante, dans les conditions prévues par le contrat de concession, les plans des ouvrages de réseau, établis à moyenne échelle, comportant notamment le tracé des ouvrages. Celui-ci indique le niveau de tension, la nature, la section et la technologie des conducteurs ainsi que la localisation, la fonction et les caractéristiques techniques des postes de transformation et des organes de coupure.

La mise à disposition des informations mentionnées au précédent alinéa est réalisée sous un format électronique compatible avec les systèmes d’information géographique usuels.
