Article D2224-46 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, the local distribution companies transmit to the conceding authorities on which they depend the profit and loss account relating to the supply of electricity at regulated sale tariffs and the profit and loss account relating to the management of the public electricity distribution network mentioned in the article L. 111-84 of the Energy Code, established at the perimeter of their service area.

With the agreement of the conceding authority, they shall transmit all or part of the elements mentioned in 1°, 2°, 4° and 5° of article D. 2224-37 ; notwithstanding article D. 2224-36, these documents are drawn up at a perimeter agreed with the conceding authority.

Article D2224-46

Les entreprises locales de distribution transmettent chaque année aux autorités concédantes dont elles dépendent le compte de résultat relatif à la fourniture d’électricité aux tarifs réglementés de vente et le compte de résultat relatif à la gestion du réseau public de distribution d’électricité mentionnés à l’article L. 111-84 du code de l’énergie, établis au périmètre de leur zone de desserte.

En accord avec l’autorité concédante, elles transmettent tout ou partie des éléments mentionnés aux 1°, 2°, 4° et 5° de l’article D. 2224-37 ; par dérogation à l’article D. 2224-36, ces documents sont établis à un périmètre fixé d’un commun accord avec l’autorité concédante.
