The subscribers and suppliers of added-value products or services concerned may not object to the communication and publication by third parties of the information mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 with a view to constituting the tool referred to in the same paragraph.

Les abonnés et les fournisseurs de produits ou de services à valeur ajoutée concernés ne peuvent s’opposer à la communication et à la publication par des tiers des informations mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 224-43 en vue de constituer l’outil mentionné au même alinéa.
