Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 224-25-10 and L. 224-25-11 relating to the obligation to provide digital content or digital services is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal person.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 224-25-10 et L. 224-25-11 relatifs à l’obligation de fourniture de contenus numériques ou de services numériques est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
