Any breach of the provisions of article L. 224-25-18 relating to compliance procedures is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and up to €75,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions de l’article L. 224-25-18 relatif aux modalités de la mise en conformité est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
